Take a stroll through the garden of the Domain amongst the fruits vegetables that are often found on you breakfast and dinner plates. Garden preparation is pesticide-free and begins in February with the sowing of seeds and transplanting.
Tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, zucchini, eggplant, edible flowers and more that are served in our restaurant will come from our garden and from local farmers depending on harvests.
The guiding principle of our Chef is to work with quality ingredients including fruit and vegtables that are grown locally and in season. He prepares typical dishes, adding his own original savors for cooking can best be described as generous and tasty. He also prepares his own pastries and deserts, with organic flour and eggs.
