Every day a new menu made by our Chef, Christophe SIMODE. His guiding prnciple is to work with quality ingredients including fruit and vegtables that are grown locally and in season. He prepares typical dishes, adding his own original savors for cooking can best be described as generous and tasty. He also prepares his own pastries and deserts, with organic flour and eggs.
Sanitary pass is MANDATORY for any customer at the hotel ( aged over 18 ).
We will control it during the check-in. It will enable you to freely access to our Pool as welle as to our restaurant.
We also keep applying all the other anti-covid measures : mask inside the building, social distancing, hydroalcoolique gel, ...
