Weather willing, dinner can be served outside in the courtyard

 

The chef, Christophe Simode, devises different and interesting local dishes daily that include a starter, an entrée and finish with cheese or desert.
His cooking can best be described as very inventive and créative. Cristophe also prepares his own original pastries and deserts, with organic flour and eggs. If you stay for more than a couple of days, you will probably be able to taste one of our local dishes.

 Half-board includes breakfast and dinner; it does not inculde drinks; there is a fixed menu with 2 different choices that changes every day.
