Le Domaine de l’Eau Vive is also a restaurant serving local fare. The restaurant is situated in the vaulted rooms converted 19th century silk spinners.

We offer you copious meals of family style cooking with the emphasis on seasonal ingredients and local specialities. A children's menu is available.

Snails, frog's legs, game, and trout, but also caillettes (a local speciality), stews, tarts and vegetables "au gratin" are served.

There are even home grown organic vegetables to tickle your taste buds!

All ingredients are locally produced and are the most natural possible if not organic.
