You can tour the garden to the Domaine understand the importance of quality and freshness! In the month of February the garden is being provided to receive planting and transplanting, without any chemicals.

Thus, tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, squash, eggplant, edible flowers ... served at our table come - if the weather is fine, from our garden and are supplemented by local producers.
Claude Peers, our chef, you will enjoy quality food products with country and season. It offers regional dishes with fresh flavors, generous cuisine with an emphasis on the "real" taste. Claude prepares its own pastries and desserts, with flour and eggs from organic farming.

For breakfast we also seek to offer products BIO: fruit juices, jams, teas, chocolate, milk, yogurt ...

N.B : Half board is proposed in the evening to all guests

• Warm Mushroom Tart with chestnuts, tomato sauce with port.
• Goat cheese froma ardèche fried with almonds, assorted salads, rose petals.
• Feuilleté de Saint Jacques with leeks
• Mouse Lamb braised with garlic cream cake, zucchini, fresh tagliatelle, weight greedy.
• Filet mignon with two mustards, potato gratin, tomato Provencal, celery cake
• Sander fillet with beurre blanc, fennel compote with orange and mashed potatoes with olive oil, carrot sticks.
• Salmon with sorrel cream of the garden, rice pilaf, sautéed zucchini, broccoli
• pear pie and chocolate, lemon nectarine, chocolate-chestnut, ...
• Cottage cheese with 2 Cream of chestnuts
